Third Toolbar Row

The following row shows the third toolbar:

The third row toolbar contains icons for embedding images, symbols, and dynamic media; creating links; inserting personalization, components and conditionals; and creating and modifying tables.

Tool	Name	Function
	Image	Specify the URL of an image file and its properties, and insert the URL into your content, as well as to open the Image Library where you can select an existing image for your content or add and upload a new image
	Create Link Insert/Edit URL	Create a link to a different page, an anchor, a Luminate CMS page or edit an existing link
	Unlink	Remove the link tagging from around the selected content
	Anchor	Display the Insert/Edit Anchor pop-up that enables you to place a named marker into the content
	Components	Insert a component such as an Advocacy alert or an eCard
	Personalization	Customize the content displayed for a specific viewer. For example, you can insert variables in a page that will display the name or donation history of the person who is logged in.
	Conditionals	Display selected content to users based on their status relative to a given group or feature (such as to donors, or to members of a team)
	Edit Conditional	Modify a conditional after creating it
	ToggleConditional	Switch between the values tested in a conditional
	Insert Special Character	Insert symbols such as Greek letters, currency, and extended characters

The following icons apply to creating and modifying tables:

	Insert Table	Display the Tables Properties page that lets you create the rows and columns of a new table (and assign other properties as appropriate)
	Table Row Properties	Display the Row Properties page that lets you set the horizontal and vertical alignment of the contents within a row as well as the height of the row itself, and other advanced properties
	Table Cell Properties	Display the Cell Properties page that lets you set the horizontal and vertical alignment of the cell contents, as well as its width and height, and other advanced properties
	Insert Table Row Above	Insert a new row above the current (or selected) row
	Insert Table Row Below	Insert a new row below the current (or selected) row
	Delete Table Row	Delete the selected table row(s)
	Insert Table Column Before	Insert a new column to the left of the current (or selected) column
	Insert Table Column After	Insert a new column to the right of the current (or selected) column
	Delete Table Column	Delete the selected column(s)
	Split Table Cells	Divide the selected cell into another row or column
	Merge Table Cells	Merge the selected cells
