The Content Editor window consists of three tool bars, an editing area, and an HTML Object Path bar.
The upper right corner includes two links:

Use Plain Text Editor saves your work and opens the page in HTML mode. This view contains selectable options for Personalization, Conditionals, Components, and Links.
