On the Configure RSVP page

Note: If you are not on this page, select the Configure RSVP step from the Process Navigator.

  1. For Sign-Up Deadline:

    1. Manually type in the date, or select the Calendar icon to select the RSVP deadline date from the calendar selector page. RSVPs are accepted until the end of this day, or if the day specified is the day of the event, RSVPs are accepted until the start time of the event.

      Note: The deadline must be no later than the last day of the event.

    2. (Option available when deadline is day of event) Select Walk-ins allowed to accept RSVPs until the end of the event.

  1. For Inventory Limit, to accept:

    • An unlimited number of attendees, leave No Limit selected.

    • Or, a specific number of attendees only, select Limited and enter the total number of RSVPs that will be accepted in the field that displays.

  1. For Limit per Order, to allow one person to send:

    • An unlimited number of RSVPs, leave No Limit selected.

    • Or, as many RSVPs as they want, select Limited and enter the number of RSVPs that one person may send in the field that displays.

  2. For Message Text, enter the information or instructions to display near the top of the RSVP page.

  3. For Visibility of Guest List, select the Yes, display the View the Guest List link checkbox to enable people to check the names of others who have sent RSVPs for this event.

    Note: Event attendees have the option to hide their name on the Guest List.

  4. For Sold Out Text, enter the content to display when no more RSVPs will be accepted for this event.

  5. For Email Opt-in:

    • select the No radio button to hide the email opt-in checkbox and automatically opt constituents in to email.

    • Select the Yes radio button to show the email opt-in checkbox, and select the box to make that opt-in checkbox checked by default.

    • If you do select the Yes radio button, you will have the option of entering custom text for the opt-in checkbox label. If you enter no text, the default label will display.

  6. When you are finished, select Next.
