Publish the Event
When you finish configuring an event, it remains in draft form until you publish it. In draft form it is visible on the Administrator calendar only. It can not be viewed by Constituents until it is published. There are two publish settings:

Published (Public) - Displays on the Constituent Calendar

Published (Private) - Does not display on the Constituent Calendar. Only attendees who have been sent the URL can view the event.
To publish an event

Open the event editing pages.

Click Publish.

Select Published (Public) or Published (Private) under Event Status.

To direct people to the event page (especially if this is a private event), copy and paste the Event URL.
