To refresh group members

Note: You must rebuild event groups manually to update it with new members; they are not automatically added.

  1. Click Content > Events.

  2. Click an event in the Event Calendar and click Edit. The editing pages display.

  3. Click Include Questions.

  4. Click Manage Event Question Groups in the Related Actions section.

  5. Click Refresh Group in the Actions column for the appropriate group. Now you will refresh the group in the Groups page also.

  6. Click Constituent360 > Groups. The Group List displays.

  7. Click View Members in the Actions column for the appopriate group.

  8. Click Refresh. The members display in the list.
