Modify Calendar Event Information
After creating an event, you can edit it or its child events to update details like location, instruction text, RSVP or ticket information, and autoresponders. However, you cannot change the attendance option (open, RSVP, or ticket) after the event is created. To change the attendance option, you must create a new event and delete the old one.
To modify a event

Go to Content > Events.

To edit the details:

Directly from the calendar, select the event name and select Edit from the Event Information pop-up that displays. The Identify Event page displays

Or, from the Event List, click the Event List tab and then click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate event. The Identify Event page displays

Using the Process Navigator as your guide, locate the area containing the settings you want to change and make your updates.
