Refund the Full Amount of a Ticket Purchase Through the Contact Record of the Purchaser
You can refund the full amount of a ticket purchase by locating the contact record of the ticket purchaser, displaying the Transaction History, and then processing the refund. You can also cancel the tickets to remove the name of the purchaser from the Guest List.
You can process the refund directly back to the credit card used to purchase the tickets, or select to issue the refund offline (for example, by sending a check to the person). The system updates the transaction in the database but does not remove it from any lists.
