Refund Part of a Ticket Purchase Through the Contact Record of the Purchaser

You can refund some of the tickets purchased or an additional donation made in a ticket purchase by locating the constituent's profile, displaying the Transaction History, and then processing the refund.

You can process the refund online directly back to the credit card used to purchase the tickets, or select to issue the refund offline (for example, by sending a check to the person). The system updates the transaction but does not remove it from any lists.
