To add a Survey component to a page

  1. Next to a component, click Select Component and then Survey.

  2. In the Survey box, select the appropriate survey.

  3. For Survey Information, select whether to include a title, greeting, first question, random question, or survey result with the survey link.

  4. For Display Style, select whether to arrange the survey information vertically or horizontally.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. To review how the survey component will appear to site visitors, click Preview Page , review the link and additional information, and close the preview window.

  7. Click Finish.

  8. Click Approve or Publish as necessary.
