Create a Content Folder

Each time you add a folder, it displays in the Folder list. You can then select an appropriate folder as you create a new Page or move existing Pages into folders.

To create a new Content Folder from the Content Folders application

  1. From the navigation bar, click Content and then click PageBuilder from the drop-down list displayed. The Page Library opens with the Page List displayed.

  2. Click the Manage Content Folders link. The Manage Contents Folders page opens.

  3. To create a:

    • Top-level folder, enter the name of the folder in the New Content Folder field and click the New Content Folder button. The new folder displays in the Folders list.

    • Folder under another folder:

      1. Click the name of the folder in the list.

      2. Click into the New Content Folder field and enter a name.

      3. Click the New Folder button. Your new folder displays in the Folders list.

  1. If you are finished creating folders, click the Finish button. This Page closes and the Page List displays again.
