Page Approval Process
You can add a page approval process where the page author must submit the page for approval to an authorized administrator who approves or rejects it before the page can be published. Implemented directly into the page creation/editing process, a Submit for Approval button will appear in Step 3 of the process instead of the Publish button (unless the author has permissions to publish the page, in which case both buttons will appear). The Approve and Reject actions will be available from the Version List to administrators who have the appropriate permissions to approve a page for publishing or reject it.
To enable the page approval process

In PageBuilder, click the General Configurations tab.

Click the Yes, this site will follow an approval process for page versions checkbox.

Either:

Click Finish to exit now, or

Click Save to make additional changes in other sections.
