Page Update Notifications

You can change the default settings to enable the system to send email notifications to people within your organization when a Page is submitted, approved, rejected, and published, and then supply the email addresses of the people for each status change. You can also set a prompt to display on which the person making the status change can enter comments.

To enable the email notification options for Page status changes and enter the email addresses of the people to be notified

  1. In PageBuilder, click the General Configurations tab.

  2. To enable the notification option, click the Email Notifications of Page Status Changes drop-down list and click True.

  3. To display a prompt in which the person making the status change can enter notes, click the Prompt for Note about Page Status Change drop-down list and click True.

  4. Enter the email addresses for the people to be notified for each type of status change in the appropriate field.

  5. Click Next. The system saves your changes and displays the List Options page.

  6. Either:

    • Click Finish to exit now, or

    • Click Save to make additional changes in other sections.
