To perform a hot edit on an Active Page

1. In the Page List, click Edit Content from the Actions column of the Page. The Add Content page opens with the WARNING! You are editing the active version of this page! message showing.

2. Click anywhere in the component or click the Edit Component icon. The pop-up associated with the component opens (or, the HTML Editor window if you select an HTML Content component).

3. Enter or select your change and then click the Apply button. The pop-up closes and the component contains your changes.

4. To preview the Page to be sure the change will look correct to its audience, click the Preview Page icon. The Page opens in another browser window over the top of the Page List.

5. Close the Preview Page window and then repeat the previous two steps to make any changes as needed.

6. When you are finished making your corrections, click the Finish button. The Add Content page closes and the Page List opens again.
