The Activity Pages provide information for potential Hosts and Attendees, RSVP pages, search pages, and common elements that appear on more than one page. When you publish the Activity, the pages are automatically linked; you do not have to manually add URLs in the Content Editor.

The Common Elements Page - Allows you to configure the Donation Progress Meter that displays on the Activity Splash page and on each Host’s main event page (if you have associated your Campaign with a donation form). The default progress meter is a thermometer, but you can customize it with a different image. If you have not associated the Campaign with a donation form, the thermometer and donation link will not display.

The Splash Page - Contains the Public Name of the Activity at the top of the page. It also contains links that allow your Constituents to sign up to Host or attend a Personal Event for this Activity as well as a link that allows them to donate to your organization if you have associated your Campaign with a donation form. You should customize this page to provide more background information about the Activity. For example, if this is a hiking Activity, you might provide more information about the area where you are planning the hikes or the reason for the hikes. You might also include a photo.

The Search Page - Allows potential Attendees to search for events; the Search link is located on the Splash Page. It provides name, address, and date fields so that those using the search feature can limit the events that will be displayed.

The Attendee RSVP Page - Allows Attendees to RSVP for this event. They can also provide contact information, indicate if they would like to receive a reminder email, agree to a Code of Conduct, and answer any survey questions. They can also indicate on this page whether their name can be used on the scrolling list of Attendees for the event.

The Attendee Change RSVP Page - Allows Attendees to change their RSVP for this event or any of the information they provided when registering.
