Note: The Configure Notifications feature is not enabled by default. To enable it, contact Blackbaud Support.
Use this feature to send notification emails based on a user's specific true/false or multiple-choice question response.
Note: This feature augments but doesn't change the email notification configuration in step 10 on the Identify Survey process page that allows you to specify email addresses to notify when a user completes a survey.
To use this feature, include a trigger question for notifications. The trigger question must be a question type that requires a user to choose from a predefined set of responses:

Rating Scale

True/False

Yes/No

Under Related Actions in the left navigation pane, click Configure Notifications.

Select the trigger question from the first dropdown list.

Select the first response from the second dropdown list.

Add one or more email addresses in the box below the selected response.

Repeat these steps for each possible answer to the trigger question.

When you are done, click Finish or Save.
