Group Constituents based on how they answer survey questions to further identify and target them for further action (such as email campaigns or gift mailings). For example, you could ask Constituents what their role in their organization is. And then, specify that all people who select Communications Director be grouped for a marketing email campaign.
Note: You cannot use the following question types to filter survey groups:
Hidden Text Update
Hidden True/False Update
Interest Categories
Multiple Choice Multiple Response
Unlimited Text Value - (Note: Short Text Value and Text Value questions can be filtered on exact text matches)
