Use the Standard Constituent Import operation to import constituent information from an offline database, spreadsheet, or other application and create new or update existing contact records in the Constituent360 database.
The Standard Constituent Import process automatically adds two new groups to the Data Sync folder in the Groups application: a group to hold the New constituents and a Mod (ified) group for the constituents whose records were updated. The New and Mod groups are labeled with a date time stamp that indicates when the upload operation occurred.
