The Transaction Information Download operation exports transaction records processed since the last time this download was executed. The download will include ticket sales for calendar events and all other types of transactions except eCommerce purchases.
The operation generates data in a CSV standard format file that you can open in Microsoft Excel or a similar utility for further analysis. If you provide cross-references for your campaigns, the data can also be suitable for uploading to your offline database.
