Configure cross-references for Luminate Online and Raiser's Edge integration

1. In Luminate Online, click Data Management > Luminate Configuration.

2. On the Luminate Configuration page, click Cross References.

3. On the Cross References page, click Configure in the Actions column for the object in Raiser's Edge that you want to cross-reference.

4. On the Configure cross references page, click Create in the Actions column for items that have a Status of Unmapped.

   Note: If a recently added Luminate Online object does not appear in the Items Not Referenced list, click Refresh CRM Records.

5. On the Create a Cross Reference page, select a value in the Name list to map values from The Raiser's Edge to the selected Luminate item.

   Note: If you do not see the appropriate item in the Name list, click first, next, prev or last to navigate through the list or use the Filter box to find the item.

6. When you finish defining cross references, click Finish.

You can create and manage cross references from the following Raiser's Edge items:

• Raiser's Edge Donation Campaign

• Raiser's Edge Donation Form

• Raiser's Edge Ticketed Event (ticket and gift purchases)

• Raiser's Edge Ticketed Event (deductible ticket, non-deductible ticket, gift purchases)

• Raiser's Edge TeamRaiser Campaign

• Raiser's Edge Personal Funds Campaign

• Raiser's Edge eCommerce Store

• Raiser's Edge Gift Designation
