Map Fields from Luminate Online to The Raiser's Edge Attributes

To avoid data issues between Luminate Online and The Raiser's Edge, you can map up to two Luminate Online email fields and four phone fields to corresponding fields in The Raiser's Edgeand optionally map additional information fields.

Note: Your Blackbaud administrator defines the available fields for your site.

To map Luminate Online fields to Raiser's Edge attributes

1. In Luminate Online, click Data Management > Luminate Configuration.

2. On the Luminate Configuration page, click Map Custom Fields.

3. On the Map Contact Fields page, select an appropriate attribute from Raiser's Edge Fields column.

4. Repeat this step for the Luminate OnlineEmail and Phone fields.

5. Optionally also map the available Luminate Online Additional Information fields to Raiser's Edge fields.

6. When you finish mapping fields, click Finish to save your changes.
