Monitor Queue Activity

Configure the Queue Activity tab to view data synchronization activity in graph form at the frequency and within the time frame you specify.

The graph shows the data using your updated settings for three queue performance types:

  • Deliveries refers to how many items were sent between Luminate Online and the selected CRM.

  • Fatal Errors refers to items that could not be sent between Luminate Online and the selected CRM because of a problem inherent to those items such as an XML file with improperly named elements. An administrator must manually correct the invalid content in that data item and then Rebuild the message and send it to the queue.

  • Transient Errors refers to items that could not be sent between Luminate Online and the selected CRM because of a system error or misconfiguration such as a custom donation question where a cross reference was not configured. An administrator must intervene and create the cross reference and then requeue the item. If not resolved, a transient error could escalate to a fatal error.

Use the Queue Status tab to determine what record categories might have errors. Use the Queue Problem Management tab to view and manage specific records with errors. Use the Queue Control tab to determine whether queue problems require intervention.
