Reference: Search Errors in QPM

In Queue Problem Management, use the search function to find a specific error name or constituent. You can also view the queue synchronization error totals by type (Contacts, Fundraising, Events, and Other).
The search page shows the total error count and how many errors originated in Luminate Online or selected CRM.
To search errors, go to Luminate Online > Data Management > Luminate Management > Queue Problem Management.
Search Tips:

Enter the name of an error message or a keyword, such as "..."

Enter the Online ID for an individual constituent to return error messages of all types for the constituent.

Enter the first and last name of a constituent to return error message of the Contacts error type.
Note: Because constituent names are not stored in the Fundraising or Events features, searching by the name will only return Contact errors. Enter the Cons ID to return error messages of all types for the constituent.
