Delete an Obsolete Mail Merge

When you need to replace the groups in a mail merge or are finished using an existing mail merge, you can delete it to remove it from the Mail Merges list.

To delete an obsolete mail merge

1. In the Mail Merges list, click the Delete icon in the Actions column of the appropriate mail merge.

2. On the Delete Message page, click the Delete button. This page closes and the Mail Merges List page opens again without the mail merge in the list.
