Contact Approval Task

A Contact Approval task locates registrations awaiting approval for inclusion in the contact database as registered users and returns the contact profiles in a group on the To Do list. Authorized administrators can view each person’s profile if necessary and then approve or deny the registration request directly from this list, which removes the person from the list and generates the appropriate autoresponder email to notify the person of their approved or denied status. Administrators can also choose to remove the contact from the group without taking any action.

When you create your new task, you will give it a name that displays for the task in the Task List and the group name in the To Do List. You can have this task automatically run daily or weekly to gather all new pending registrations.
