Contact Monitor Task
A Contact Monitor task locates the contact records that have been changed within a specified time interval (day or week) and returns links to the appropriate constituent’s contact profiles. Authorized administrators can view the contact profile or edit it directly from the contact record in the task results group on the To Do list. Administrators can also choose to remove the contact from the task results group without taking any action.
When you create your new task, you will give it a name that displays for the task in the Task List and the group name in the To Do List. You can have this task automatically run daily or weekly to gather the list of all changed profiles.
