Run a Contact Task Immediately
After you have created your new contact task, you can run it immediately to gather all information to date instead of waiting for it to run at its scheduled time.
To run your task

In the Actions column of the Task List, click Run. The Task queued for immediate execution message displays at the top of the page and Running displays as the Last Run Status message in the Task List.
Note: If the Run option does not display, click Deactivate to make the Run option display.

Click the Refresh button (you may have to click this button a few times). The system will display the completed (results) in the Last Run Status message.
Note: If the message displays as simply completed, no results were found and no task results group was created. You may need to edit your task to change your configuration selections.

Click Activate, to reschedule the task to run on its selected schedule.

View the task results group, click the To Do List tab.

Leave the application, click the Done button. This page closes and the Administrator Home Page opens.
