Run Tasks to Record Information in Contact Profiles
You can capture the actions that your constituents take on your website and store the information in either the Transaction Information fields or PCTL and Engagement Factor fields, in the contact profile.

When these tasks complete, the Last Run Status column shows a completed status.
Note: Contact profiles contain ten Engagement Factor and the three RFM slots. Plan the use of the Engagement Factor slots or fields so you do not overwrite information.
