Configure the donor-entered donation level for a Donation Classic donation form

  1. From the top of an Administrator page, click Fundraising > Donation Management.

  2. From the tabs along the top of the Online Giving page, click the Donation Classic tab.

  3. From the donation form list, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate donation form.

  4. Click the Levels tab.

  5. On the Levels list page:

    1. Locate the Other Amount option and click Publish in its Action column.

    2. Next, click Edit from its Action column.

  6. On the Edit Donation Level page, if necessary, modify the:

    • Name displayed with this giving level

    • Minimum Amount the donor must enter

    • Restrict to users with access to this category to restrict the selection to specific constituents

    • Restrict to users with this promotion code, enter any promotional code you have associated with this donation level

    • How should this donation level be displayed option.

    • Donation Level Description that identifies the purpose of the level

  7. Click Save.
