Querying on Recurring Gifts

Query allows you to identify and use generated lists of donors who meet certain criteria. You can use query results for performance analysis or to create groups, phone lists, and mail merge lists. Groups created by query can be set to rebuild periodically so you always have a fresh set of donor meeting your criteria. Build your query on the Query Builder screen by selecting the criteria of interest to you from the Sustaining Giving Information field type. The Sustaining Giving Information criteria includes:

• Actual End Date

• Card Expiration Date

• Gift Plans Eligible for Processing

• Intervals Since Last Successful Payment

• Last Payment Attempt Failure Code

• Monthly Amount

• Planned End Date

• Start Date

• Status
