Designated Giving Uploads

You can upload your designation program in a CSV file to populate the list of Designation Types and designees.

You can include all the Designation Type and Designee fields in the upload file, but the Administrative Name, Public Name. and Designee Name (or ID) is required.

The Administrative Name serves as the Key for the upload. If an existing Designee has the same Administrative Name as a newly uploaded Designee, any fields with existing data will be updated, while blank fields will not be filled.

Note: A sample upload file that you can download and use as a model is available on the second page of the upload process.

To clear the list of uploaded files if it becomes too long, you can delete the upload processes you no longer need from the Designation Program Uploads list .
