Archive or Restore a Donation Campaign

Archiving a campaign hides it from view in the Campaigns list after all associated donation forms are unpublished.

Archiving the campaign also removes all donation forms associated with it from the All Donation Forms page.

Note: All associated forms must be unpublished before archiving a campaign.

1. To locate the campaign you want to archive, go to the Campaign list under Fundraising and Donation Management.

2. In the Actions column, select Archive .

Restore an archived donation campaign

A campaign restored from archives retains its attributes. The campaign appears in the Campaigns list again so you can take action.

1. To display the campaign you want to restor, go to the bottom of the Campaign list under Fundraising and Donation Management.

2. Select Show Archived Donation Campaigns.

3. In the Actions column, select Restore.
