Transaction Summary Element

The Transaction Summary element allows donors to review their information before selecting to process a payment.

By default, new donation forms in checkout-enabled campaigns include the Transaction Summary element placed before the Checkout modal element. This provides the donor the opportunity to review payment for accuracy before completing the transaction.

This element is included on the last page of each provided template. You can customize the Transaction Summary label.

Tip: To modify other field labels on the transaction summary, like donor name and address, eCard and honor gift, Remember Me, and more, make edits to the field names in those specific data elements.

Note: To show a transaction summary in checkout, ensure the DON_FORM_ENABLE_TRANSACTION_SUMMARY site option enabled and include the Transaction Summary data element on your form. See Knowledgebase article, Transaction Summary is blank or not displaying.
