Sample Scenario: Basic Donation Form with Suggested Levels

Our organization is beginning a major campaign for research efforts. We are preparing a form for our major donors and would like to offer giving levels of $100, $250, and $500. Because this is a new campaign, we would like to use the names of donors who give to this form in our printed materials. However, we want to be sure we have permission to do so.

Choose the Basic Donation Form with Suggested Levels and modify as follows:

1. Edit the three Donation Levels (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) and change the Gift Amounts to $500, $250, and $100 respectively.

2. Unpublish the Donor-entered Donation Level.

3. Edit the Donation Form, using the Form Designer, and add the Anonymous Donation element to your form immediately beneath the Standard Donation Level element.

4. Click Save Order and Edit Selected.

5. Edit the Label and Checkbox Text for the Anonymous Donation element as needed. For example, enter "Can we use your name and donation in our printed materials?" and change the checkbox text to "I prefer to make this donation anonymously".

6. Save your changes.
