Sample Scenario: Honor Gift Donation Form With eCards

Our organization would like to provide 5 one-time levels of giving (including a donor-entered amount) and allow our donors to send eCards to their friends when they donate. We feel the eCards will help to spread word of this giving opportunity.

Choose either the:

• Honor Gift Donation Form with eCards, which contains the eCard fields and modify it as follows:

  1. Create and Publish one additional Donation Level.

  2. Modify the Gift Amounts for the remaining Donation Levels as needed.

  3. Edit the Donation Form using the Form Designer and Remove the following fields from your form:

     • Section Heading for Honoree Information

     • Honor Gift Type

     • Honoree Title

     • Honoree Name

  4. Save your changes to the form.

• Basic Donation Form with Suggested Levels and modify it as follows:

  1. Create and Publish one additional Donation Level.

  2. Modify the Gift Amounts for the remaining Donation Levels as needed.

  3. Edit the Donation Form using the Form Designer and Add a Section Header below the area where the donor chooses a gift amount and all of the eCard fields.

  4. Save your changes (and edit as needed).
