Edit the communication opt-in data elements fields

  1. From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising > Donation Management.

  2. On the Campaigns list page, click Manage from the Actions column of the appropriate campaign.

  3. On the Donation Form List page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate donation form.

  4. Click Design Donor Screens task.

  5. In the list of Donor Screens, click Edit from the Actions column of the donation form.

  6. In the Arrange Order pane of the Form Designer, select a communication opt-in data element and click Save Order and Edit Selected.

  7. In the Edit Data Element tab, make any necessary edits to the text fields and checkbox configurations.

  8. Click Save to save your changes.

  9. Use the Preview Data Element tab to preview your changes to the element.
  10. To preview the entire donation form with your changes, click Preview at the bottom of the Form Designer.

  11. When you are done, click Finish.
