To add the Flexible Designated Giving Donation Level data element to the donation form

  1. To locate the correct donation form:

    1. From the top of an Administrator page, select Fundraising > Donation Management.

    2. On the Campaign List page, select Manage from the Actions column of the appropriate campaign.

    3. On the Donation Form List page, select Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate donation form.

    4. From the options along the left, select Design Donor Screens.

    5. In the list of Donor Screens, select Edit from the Actions of the donation form.

  2. In the Form Designer:
    1. In the right pane, select the element that appears directly above where you want to insert this data element.

    2. In the Giving Patterns & Premiums section of the left pane, select the Flexible Designated Giving Donation Level data element and select the Add button.

    3. If the form contains another donation level element, select that element and select Remove.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.

  4. To display the donation form with this new element, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Preview.

    Note: Only the progress bar will display in the new page.

  5. If you are done working in the Form Designer, select Finish.
