Gift Service Center for Donors

You can provide a Gift Service Center for recurring or installment gift donors, allowing them to manage their payments, gift amounts, cadence, and billing information directly from their account.

You have the flexibility to customize the welcome page text and select the options you want to offer, such as:

• Modify billing information

• Discontinue payments

• Skip a payment

• Change the gift amount

• Change the payment date

Depending on the options you enable, the Gift Service Center may include multiple pages. You can customize text labels, instructions, and section headings throughout the Gift Service Center after its creation.

Note: Gift Service Centers have slight variations for donors using Online Giving or Donation Classic donation forms.
