Gift Donor Self-Service Center

You can configure and make a Gift Service Center available to donors who make recurring or installment gifts that enables them to make modifications to their gift information and payments directly from their constituent account.

You can modify the default text that displays on the Welcome page of the Service Center as well as select the self-service options available, including enabling them to:

  • Modify their billing information such as credit card number

  • Discontinue remaining payments, which cancels the gift

  • Skip their next scheduled payment

  • Change the gift amount

  • Change the date to process payments

Depending on the options enabled, the Gift Service Center can contain multiple pages. You can modify the text labels, instructions, and section headings on the Gift Service Center after you create it.

Note: Gift Service Centers are slightly different for donors who use Online Giving donations forms and Donation Classic donation forms.
