Email Calendar

The Email Calendar displays the name and date of all email deliveries for your site that have been either scheduled or sent. In addition, any messages that have been "tentatively scheduled" will also appear on the calendar. (These are messages where a delivery date has been set when creating the message, but for which no actual delivery has been created.) The calendar includes messages and deliveries created in Quick Email as well as those created in Email Campaigns.

Icons beside the message and delivery names on the calendar will distinguish between the items as follows:

Email Calendar delivery icon Delivery - All scheduled deliveries (both past and present) where the delivery has been confirmed

Email calendar partially configured delivery icon Partially Configured Delivery - A delivery where a schedule has been specified, but the delivery has not yet been confirmed

Email calendar lapsed delivery icon Lapsed Delivery- A partially configured delivery where the scheduled date/time is now in the past

Email calendar incomplete delivery icon Incomplete Delivery - Deliveries that were terminated in mid-stream by the administrator or deliveries that did not complete for some other reason

Email calendar message icon Message - Messages for which a delivery date has been set when creating the message, but for which no actual delivery has been created. If you create and schedule the actual delivery of the message, the message icon is replaced on the calendar by the delivery icon, and vice versa that is, if you un-schedule a delivery, the calendar entry returns to the message state.

Email calendar lapsed message icon Lapsed Message - Messages like the above, where the tentative schedule is now in the past

Email calendar recurring delivery icon Recurring Delivery - All deliveries, both past and present that are part of a recurring pattern of delivery (for example, daily or weekly) are marked with this symbol.
