Image Components

Images used in your Luminate Online content is stored in your Library. The Email Builder, unlike the classic Content editor, allows you to upload new images to your library without leaving the design workflow.

Note: Select Upload images to add new images to your library. See Upload Local Images or Upload Online Images.

1. Drag the Image only component to the canvas.

2. Select Choose from library to add images from your library.

3. Select the box in the upper right of the image tile. Select only one image per component.

4. Select Insert.

5. Change the alternate text if desired.  This text is displayed if the image fails to load.

6. Add a URL if you want a website to open when the reader clicks on the image.

7. Select your image size. Best fit automatically scales your image to the size of the selected area. Set width fixes the scale of your image to a size no larger than the selected area.

8. Select Image only to insert only an image in the component. Select Image and text to insert your image and related text.

   Note: Image and text reduces the space available for the image.

9. Click Apply.
