Archive or Restore an Email Campaign

You can archive an email campaign to inactivate it, which means no more messages can be sent from it. You can also show or hide the archived campaigns in the Email Campaign List.

Note: If no messages were sent from the email campaign, you can delete and permanently remove it from the lists.

Archive an email campaign

1. Click Email > Email Campaigns.

2. Click the Campaigns tab.

3. In the Actions column of the appropriate campaign, click Archive.

4. Click Confirm.

Tip: Archived campaigns do not display in the campaign list unless the Show archived Email Campaigns option is selected. This option displays below the list.

Restore an archived email campaign

1. Click Email > Email Campaigns.

2. Click the Campaigns tab.

3. Below the list, select the Show archived Email Campaigns option to show all archived campaigns.

4. In the Actions column of the campaign that you want to restore, click Restore.
