Create the Message

The email message is where you can tell a heartfelt story and help your donors learn about the individuals or cause they'll be helping.

During message creation, you'll personalize fields like the message name, subject, and sender name. You'll also have the option to preview your email, and more importantly, test the email. We highly recommend testing your emails before sending them out to identify and fix any potential issues with deliverability.

You can create a new message or Copy an email campaign message to get started. To start your message, first Add message information.
