Select the Target Audience Groups

Each message automatically inherits the audience configured for the campaign. However, you can add or remove groups of constituents for each individual message.

If there are members in a group who should not be sent the message (for example, they have already performed the interaction associated with the message), you can exclude them from the mailing without disturbing their membership.

Add a group of recipients to the Target Audience Groups

  1. Click Email > Email Campaigns.

  2. Click the Campaigns tab.

  3. In the Actions column for the appropriate campaign, click Manage.

  4. Click Send a Message in the Related Actions column.

  5. In the Actions column for the appropriate email, click Set Up Delivery.

  6. Click Select Target Audience Groups in the Related Actions column.

  7. Select the appropriate group type. and click Save.

    Note: To remove a group, place your cursor over the group in the Selected area and click the X in the upper right corner.
