Associate a campaign with an interest

  1. Click Email > Email Campaigns.

  2. In the Actions column of the appropriate campaign, click Edit.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Choose an Interest Category to associate an interest with this campaign so that message recipients can opt-in or opt-out of receiving future emails from this campaign.

    Choose one of the following options.

    • Click Choose an existing value and choose an option from the drop-down list or

      Note: Constituents who opt-out of receiving messages from this campaign are included in the Interest Opt-Out group and the Do Not Email list for this campaign.

    • Click the Enter a new value option and enter a new Interest.

      Note: You must have the appropriate administrative permissions to create a new Interest.

  5. For the Interest Opt-in Group, to automatically include the constituents who opt-in to the interest in the Target Audience, select Yes, include the Interest Opt-In group in the audience Target List.

  6. Click Next.

The Campaign Options page displays and you can exit with the changes saved.
