To cancel a delivery:
Note: You can only cancel a delivery if it is more than 24 hours before the send date.
Access the Email Express Home page.
Filter the message list for Scheduled messages.
Click View Details for the delivery you want to cancel. The Email Summary page for that message will display.
Click Edit Send Schedule at the far right of the Send pane. The Send page for that message will display.
Click Unschedule Email.
Create a new schedule or click Save As Draft until you are ready to set a new schedule.
