Fixed Layout Templates

Fixed Layout Templates lock down the type of content blocks and their locations within the panels. Users can add text, replace or remove images, and edit image captions in blocks that are not locked.

Fixed Templates are specifically denoted with the Fixed Layout tag when presented to the Express User, as shown:
