Calculate the number of Quick Mail recipients:

The Calculate Audience feature determines the number of message recipients (for example, to exclude overlaps, apply the filters, and so on).

1. Click the Calculate Audience link under the Steps navigation box.

2. Click the Calculate Audience button.The audience calculation starts.

3. If the calculations are acceptable and you want to send the message, click Next. The Ready to Send to Delivery Queue page displays.

4. If the calculations are not acceptable, click the appropriate link from the Related Actions to modify the audience groups and filters as necessary and then return to this step.

5. If the calculation is acceptable and you want to send the message, click Next.

   If the calculation is not acceptable, return to the audience groups and make changes as needed.
