Delete a Quick Email message:

Note: You can only delete an email message that has never been delivered. If it has been delivered, you can make it inactive by archiving it.

  1. Click Email > Quick Email. The Messages List displays.

  2. Click Delete in the Actions column for the appropriate message. A confirmation message displays.

  3. Click Confirm. If you receive an error message (This message cannot be deleted because it has been (or is scheduled to be) delivered, you can archive the message to make it inactive.
