To run the Spam Check Report

Note: A message must be in draft status to run the Spam Check. From the Message List, you can Copy the message. The new message will be in draft status.

1. Click the Report button to run a Spam Check Report. The report will generate a score between 0 and 5 based on specific rules from the SPAM check engine. The lower the score, the less likely it is that your message will be marked as SPAM. The system may also offer suggestions on how to alter your message, if appropriate.

2. When finished viewing the report, close the window.
