Transactions Eligible for Fee Coverage
Several factors determine whether a transaction qualifies for donor cover or Complete Cover™, including the payment method and transaction amount.
Transaction eligibility for Complete Cover
When a form with Complete Cover is presented with an ineligible transaction, it automatically switches to a donor cover model, allowing donors to opt in to cover the processing fees.
Currently, Complete Cover does not support:

Transactions of $3,000 or more
