Configure Product Options

You can create and offer options for your products (for example, colors and sizes of T-shirts, dinner options for an event, or seating options for a play). The values, or choices, associated with an option will display in a drop-down list under the option label text to shoppers on the product configuration page. Note that if you have only one value, or choice, for an option, it will display in a checkbox.

For product fulfillment or if this product is tracked in an external source (such as a database or spreadsheet), you can define the identifier that references the option in your downloaded fulfillment report or external source, which may be short mnemonic (such as 09TSHIRT). You can also apply an external identifier for each value of the option (such as 09TSHIRTRED).
